Content with private label rights (PLR) is the bomb! It saves you time, money, and headaches. But only if you have a plan on how you are going to use it.
So many people get into the trap of buying PLR content because they believe it’s a cheap way to save time and money. But the majority of people also end up letting the content sit in the deep dark recesses of their computers gathering electronic dust.
If you have bought PLR or even just considering it, read on. I am going to give you some simple tips on how to grow your business and keep your customers and clients feeling loved and special. And it is all through the use of PLR content.
The elephant in the room – add the PLR articles to your blog.
You can do this manually, which can be time-consuming if you are publishing content every day. If you are regularly posting content, consider getting a WordPress plugin that allows you to bulk upload text files, then schedule their release.
Generally, unless you are considerably pressed for time, just do it manually, or hire someone to do it for you.
Before you put it up though
- Review the article to make sure it has all the information in it you want to get out. Add personal stories, pictures, or information to individualize it. - Optimize the articles before you put them on your site through a plugin like Yoast SEO. The basic package comes with all WP site. This tool helps you ensure the content has the relevant keyword, a top-quality snippet for showing on the search engine and a whole lot of other features.
Get automated traffic to your PLR articles.
There are two ways you can manage this.
- Make sure you add links to your articles in your autoresponder emails and your social media posts. This way, people are coming back to your blog to read the article.
- Through the Yoast plugin mentioned above. This helps search engines find your site, for the keyword that you optimize for.
Monetize the PLR articles.
As mentioned above, strategically place links in the article to your products or those that you promote as an affiliate. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.
Bundle up the PLR articles into reports.
Collate the articles on a similar topic into a report and use them for an opt-in. Give it out as a sign up to your email list. Then you have people to send out offers too, give discounts or contact when you are looking for more customers or clients.

Send out an offer through Social Media

Put your voice to good use
Make audio recordings of the articles. Turn them into mini podcasts and have them for download on your website. These do exceptionally well with search engine optimization. You can also include product promotions in your audios. Just think of it as a podcast, but without all the added stress. Make them reasonably short and sweet to entice people into listening to them. They can download them onto their phone if they want and listen to them while walking or driving to work.
These are just a few ideas to use the articles to their fullest potential. There are pretty much endless opportunities to make money, save time, and bring interest and variety to your business.
